Full-day and multi-day show coverage is available on request. Our battery runs the kit for at least 6 hours, so on longer days part of the day runs on venue power, and your booth’s power order should include it. Send your show dates and hours and we’ll quote the run.

FAQ
Exhibitor questions
Do we need to order booth power for your kit?
Not for a booth package. Our own battery power station runs the whole kit for at least 6 hours, so a 4-hour booth package never needs venue power.
Full-day and multi-day coverage is different: part of each day runs on venue power, so include power for our kit in your booth’s power order. Screens, lights or anything else that belongs to your booth stay on your usual power order either way.
Can you get clean audio on a loud show floor?
That’s what the mic choice is for. We use dynamic podcast mics and wireless lavaliers placed close to each speaker, which favor the voice in front of them over the noise around them. You’ll hear a little of the room, which is honest for a show-floor interview, but the mics are chosen to keep the voices up front.
How much floor space do you need?
The standard kit and set fit inside a standard 10x10 booth footprint. In a larger booth, we fit the set into your layout. If you want the podcast set to be the booth, ask about a custom 10x10 podcast booth set, built with our set-build partners, from $9,499.
Are you insured? Can you send a COI to exhibitor services?
Yes. Fully insured. Certificate of insurance (COI) available on request. Tell us who needs it (the venue, the show’s exhibitor services or your own team) and we’ll send it.
How many interviews fit in 4 hours?
As many as you can line up. Every booth package includes unlimited episodes and interviews within the booked hours. Those hours start when we arrive and include setup (under an hour) and teardown, so line up your first guest for after setup. The real number depends on your format: quick booth conversations move faster than long sit-down episodes. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help you plan the schedule.
Can we live stream from the show floor?
Yes, to YouTube, Twitch, X, LinkedIn or a private platform. Live streaming is included in Booth Showcase and can be added to the other packages, quoted with your booking. Some conventions restrict wireless streaming on the floor, so we plan around your show’s rules.
What do you need from our booth team?
Not much. The show and booth number, your dates and the hours you want us there, how many people will be on mic, and one contact on your team for move-in. Booked hours start when we arrive and include setup and teardown, so pick a window with room for both. A 4-hour package needs no power order for our kit.
