Conference rooms and office lounges make good sets. We light the space, frame the shot around your logo wall or branded backdrop, and record business podcasts and corporate interviews without anyone leaving the building.

Home and office questions

What kind of space works?

Most rooms with space for a couch or a table and some cameras and lights around it. Living rooms, patios, home offices and conference rooms all work. The standard kit is built to fit inside a 10x10 trade-show booth, so it doesn't need much floor space.

Do you need to plug into our outlets?

Not for most sessions. Our battery power station runs the full kit for at least 6 hours, so you don't need to clear an outlet for us. On a longer day, like the on-location day rate (8 hours), we plug in for part of the day.

When do we get the files?

Raw files arrive within 24 hours by cloud download link, or we copy them to your own drive on site. That's multitrack audio, every camera's 4K ISO file and a switched master. The recordings are yours once the booking is paid in full. Full episode editing and social clips are quoted with your booking.

We record every week. Can we set up a recurring schedule?

Yes. Mention how often you record (weekly, monthly) in the “Anything else?” box on the quote form, and we’ll quote the schedule along with the first session.

What areas do you cover?

Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and the Strip. Outside the Las Vegas metro, the travel day rate starts at $4,999 per day, with flights, hotel and gear shipping quoted upfront and billed at cost.

What does a home or office session cost?
