Booking and website terms
How booking us works, in plain English, plus the rules for using this website.
These terms apply to every booking. Your written quote confirms the details of yours.
Last updated
Podcasting Mobile is a service of The Flesher Company, LLC, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. "We", "us" and "our" mean The Flesher Company, LLC. "You" means the person or company booking us or using this website.
Your written quote sets out the details of your booking, such as the date, hours, venue and what we deliver. Where your quote and this page differ, the quote wins.
Booking terms
Quotes and payment
We quote every booking in writing, based on your venue, date, hours and what you want delivered. Bookings are paid in full to reserve your date. A quote on its own doesn't hold a date. Payment does.
We invoice every booking. You can pay by credit or debit card, ACH bank transfer, or check.
The price in your quote is locked once you book. Prices on this website can change, but a change doesn't affect a booking you've already made.
Want to add hours, mics, cameras or editing after you book? Ask, and we'll quote the change. Nothing changes until you've confirmed that quote.
Cancellation and refunds
| If you cancel | Refund |
|---|---|
| 30 or more days before your event | Full refund, minus payment processing fees |
| 14 to 29 days before your event | 50% refund |
| Less than 14 days before your event | No refund |
To cancel, email book@podcastingmobile.com. We count the days from your email to your first booked day, and that sets your refund.
Rescheduling and event changes
- Moving your date. Tell us as soon as you can. We handle rescheduling case by case, subject to availability.
- If the show or venue cancels. If your show or venue cancels, or something outside anyone's control stops the event, we move your booking to a new date first. If no new date works, the cancellation terms above apply.
- If we have to cancel. You choose: a new date or a full refund.
Booked time, minimums and extra time
Convention packages cover 4 hours at your booth. On-location sessions are billed by the hour. Hourly sessions have a 2-hour minimum. The on-location day rate covers 8 hours.
Booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup (under an hour) and teardown. That goes for booth packages, hourly sessions and the on-location day rate alike, including the 2-hour minimum. The clock starts when the crew arrives, not when the cameras start rolling.
Need more time on the day? We can stay longer only if the crew is free to. Extra time is billed at $449 per hour, and we agree it with you on site before it starts.
Travel
We're based in Las Vegas and serve Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas and the Strip. For work outside the metro, our travel day rate starts at $4,999 per day. Flights, hotel and gear shipping are added on top, quoted upfront and billed at cost.
Insurance
Fully insured. Certificate of insurance (COI) available on request. If your venue or the show's exhibitor services needs a certificate, ask when you book and send us their requirements.
What we need from you
- Permission to record. You're responsible for getting permission from the venue, hotel or show to record there and to bring in our equipment. Every show has its own exhibitor rules. We work with your booth team and the show's exhibitor services, and if a show restricts wireless streaming, we work within that.
- Access. Tell us where and when to load in, and get us what we need to reach your space on time, such as exhibitor badges, room access, parking and loading details.
- Space. A clear area for the set and our kit. On a show floor, the standard kit fits a 10x10 booth.
- Power on longer days. Our power station runs the whole kit for at least 6 hours, so a 4-hour booth package never needs venue power. On longer days, such as the on-location day rate (8 hours), part of the day runs on venue power, so we'll need access to it.
- Guest consent and releases. Make sure everyone who appears on mic or on camera knows they're being recorded and agrees to it. You're responsible for any releases you need to publish their appearance.
- Your content. You're responsible for what's said and shown in your recordings, including any music, logos or other material you ask us to include, and for having the rights to use it.
- A safe place to work. Tell us about anything on site that could affect the crew or the gear.
- Care of our equipment. If your team, your guests or the venue damage our equipment, you cover the reasonable cost to repair or replace it.
Your written quote spells out who pays any venue or show fees connected to your booking.
What you get
- Raw files within 24 hours. Multitrack audio, every camera's 4K ISO file and a switched master, delivered by the next day.
- Delivery. Raw files arrive within 24 hours by cloud download link, or we copy them to your own drive on site.
- Editing, per your booking. Basic interview editing is included in Booth Basic and Booth Pro. Advanced interview and clip editing is included in Booth Showcase and available with other packages for +$500. Social clips and full episode editing are quoted with your booking.
- Live streaming. Included in Booth Showcase and quoted for other sessions.
Your quote confirms when any edited work will be ready and how many rounds of changes are included.
Live streams depend on the internet connection at your venue and on the platform you stream to. We can't control outages on either.
Your recordings
- You own them. Once your booking is paid in full, the recordings are yours.
- Showing our work. We may use stills, short clips and your name or your company's name to promote our work. To opt out, tell us in writing before your booking. An email to book@podcastingmobile.com is fine.
- Back them up. We don't store files after delivery, so download your files and back them up as soon as they arrive.
If your company has other requirements for its recordings, tell us before you book.
Our liability for bookings

To the extent the law allows, our liability for a booking is capped at the amount you paid for that booking. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or profits.
