We plan the layout
We sort out the footprint, power and load-in with you (and the venue or exhibitor services, if needed).
We set up, you record
Ready in under an hour, and setup and teardown count toward your booked time. Our engineer runs cameras, audio and switching while you talk.
Files within 24 hours
Multitrack audio, every 4K camera angle and a switched master, by cloud download link or copied to your own drive on site.
Recording at a trade show? Every show has its own exhibitor rules. We work with your booth team and the show’s exhibitor services.

Hotel suites, homes & offices
From $898 (2-hour minimum)
Our standard 3-camera 4K kit, studio mics, lighting and an on-site engineer at $449 per hour. A full day (8 hours) is $2,999.
Booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup (under an hour) and teardown. Bookings are paid in full to reserve your date. Fully insured. Certificate of insurance (COI) available on request.

Do you need power from the venue?
Not for most bookings. Our own battery power station, an Anker SOLIX C1000, runs the whole kit for at least 6 hours, so a 4-hour booth package never needs venue power. On longer days, like the day rate (8 hours), part of the day runs on venue power.
How long does setup take?
Under an hour from load-in to recording for our standard 3-camera setup, and the whole kit packs into cases on one hand truck. Setup is part of your booking: booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup and teardown.
When do we get the files?
Raw files arrive within 24 hours by cloud download link, or we copy them to your own drive on site. You get multitrack audio, each camera’s 4K ISO file and a switched master, and once the booking is paid in full, the recordings are yours. We don’t store files after delivery, so download and back them up right away.
Every booth package includes interview editing. Social clips and full episode edits are quoted with your booking.
How do I book?
