This is the standard 3-camera kit. What arrives depends on your package: Booth Basic, for example, is a 1-camera setup with 2 wireless lavalier mics and an on-site engineer. Ask us for the exact list for your booking.
Crew
An on-site engineer with every booking, Booth Basic included. They set up the kit, run cameras, audio and switching during recording, and tear down.
Footprint and setup
- The standard kit and set fit inside a standard 10x10 booth footprint.
- Under an hour from load-in to recording for a standard 3-camera setup.
- Booked time starts when we arrive and includes setup (under an hour) and teardown.
- Everything packs into cases on one hand truck.
Power
Our own Anker SOLIX C1000 portable power station runs the full kit for at least 6 hours. A 4-hour booth package never needs venue power. On longer days, such as the 8-hour day rate, part of the day runs on venue power. Anything that belongs to your booth stays on your usual power order.
Outputs
- Each camera’s 4K ISO file
- HD 1080p switched master
- Multitrack audio
- Raw files arrive within 24 hours by cloud download link, or we copy them to your own drive on site.
Live streaming
To YouTube, Twitch, X, LinkedIn or a private platform, when booked. Some conventions restrict wireless streaming, and we work within the show’s rules.
Insurance and show rules
Fully insured. Certificate of insurance (COI) available on request. Every show has its own exhibitor rules; we work with your booth team and the show’s exhibitor services.
